The fellas at this shop were knowledgeable and extremely welcoming to myself and my girlfriend. Visiting from NY, I wanted to make a childhood guitar dream come true and own a rickenbacker. They allowed me to try out each one they had in stock until I had made my choice. A beautiful, well stocked guitar shop for any musician or collector. 5 stars all around!

Long story short… may have took me 20 yrs … but finally made the move to pick up and learn the guitar. Gotta tell ya, Sam and Rich are great at what they do. They’re both very knowledgeable in their craft, and it was awesome for them to explain, show, and share some of that knowledge with me to help motivate me push me to reach my goal in this wonderful world of music! Top notch and let’s Rock! ( update ) named my guitar Boba Fret !

I’ve been a customer of this store for over a decade, and in today’s world of retail there are very few businesses that actually focus on genuine customer service. The folks at this store set the bar with exceptional service. Never any pressure or up-sale and their warranty/return policies are unbeatable. I'm not even a guitarist and I love Pittsburgh Guitars! John was able to recently special order me a Zildjian K 18" Sweet Crash cymbal. It came in very quickly and I got a great deal on it. I'm a very happy Pittsburgh Guitars customer!

I’ve been shopping here for over ten years. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They have special ordered several ukes for me and the experience has always been great. I’ve also been taking private lessons from their incredible instructors. I won’t go anywhere else. How lucky we are to have this gem of a shop here in Pittsburgh!

First time buying a guitar from Pittsburgh Guitars. Very quick on the order, I didn’t get an update the next day and I called the store, and the person that answered the phone (I am sorry I didn’t catch your name) was great as soon as I told him what guitar I ordered he asked if I had been emailing the Owner and I said yes he then knew all about my order, he didn’t have to put me on hold to find out anything and told me John the own came in and got my guitar and was delivering it to UPS and within an hour I had a tracking number from UPS and received my guitar the next days! These guys seem dedicated to us music lovers! I highly recommend them, your next purchase should be with them and I will purchase again! Thanks Pittsburgh Guitars
